Pillar D — Warehouse for SMB

Cloud warehouse software — in the same system as your CRM and invoicing

Cloud warehouse management for 5–50 FTE businesses in Poland. Multi-location, FEFO, batch, fixed assets and fleet — without a second login and without the Comarch XT overhead. Every balance, every movement, every vehicle — one tenant together with your CRM.

The Subiekt GT era is over

Desktop warehouse programs were built for offices where everyone sat at one computer. Today you run the warehouse from a phone, suppliers ask for status on WhatsApp, and your accountant works from the cloud. Old Subiekt can't keep up — and Comarch XT is built for 100+ FTE businesses.

Desktop, not cloud

Subiekt GT needs a Windows install. The warehouse operator only sees what's on the office server — no remote access from a phone, from home, or on the road.

No CRM integration

The warehouse is a world apart from your CRM. Sales reps can't see stock, the customer gets no notifications, and orders get retyped from Subiekt into email.

Expensive per seat

Per-seat licence + service fee + server + admin. For a 10-person firm the annual cost clears 10 000 zł. Comarch XT starts in the tens of thousands.

No mobile app

Stock-takes on Excel and paper. Delivery on ul. Chłodna, system in the office — operator calls, someone keys it in manually. Classic error source.

6 pillars of Ingenios Warehouse

From MVP with one warehouse up to full fleet and fixed-assets ledger — all in one account. Stock movements are atomic, idempotent, with a history audit trail. 142 unit tests guard balance integrity.

Multi-location

Multiple warehouses, shops, branches. Transfers between locations run as an atomic operation (issue + receipt). Reports consolidate stock across all or filter per location.

FEFO / FIFO

Automatic batch selection on issue — first-expired-first-out for perishables, FIFO for everything else. Nobody has to remember which batch to pick — the system knows.

Batch tracking

Every receipt creates its own batch with a number, cost and expiry date. Alert 30 days before expiry. Weighted-average cost per SKU across batches.

Fixed assets

Assets ledger (AST-YYYY-NNNN) with straight-line depreciation. Categories, location, responsible person, full event history (repair, transfer, write-off).

Company fleet

Cars, vans, machines. Monotonic odometer, dates for insurance / technical inspection / tachograph / driver card. Alert 30 days before every deadline.

API integrations

Allegro, BaseLinker, InPost, Nova Post — orders land in CRM, stock issue in Warehouse, shipping label generated automatically. CSV import as fallback.

The warehouse talks to the rest of Ingenios

Customer order → stock reservation → issue → invoice → bank transaction → dashboard report. All in one tenant — no API glue between tools.

CRM

Order → reservation

A lead marked "won" automatically reserves stock. The sales rep sees availability instantly, no ping to the warehouse needed.

How the CRM works →
Invoicing

Issue → invoice

The warehouse issue generates invoice lines. One click, no retyping, quantities and SKUs always match.

See pricing →
Finance dashboard

COGS → cashflow

Cost of goods sold drops from the warehouse into finance automatically. The owner sees margin per product, per client, in real time.

Finance dashboard →
Urząd Tracker

Vehicle → driver card

Tachograph card renewal is a government case. Warehouse knows the vehicle, Urząd Tracker runs the case at the Wydział Komunikacji — one record, two views.

Frequently asked questions

Can I import orders from Allegro and BaseLinker?
Yes. Allegro and BaseLinker are on the API-integration roadmap — orders flow into Ingenios as CRM leads, and warehouse issues reduce stock in real time. Integrations ship in phases (Allegro and BaseLinker first, then InPost and Nova Post). Initial stock import can always be done via CSV from any source.
How do I migrate SKUs from Subiekt GT?
Subiekt exports the catalogue as CSV (items + barcodes + opening balances). You upload the file in one click — the system creates warehouse items and opening stock in the chosen location as a RECEIPT movement. Your full purchase history stays in Subiekt until full migration; we start from current balances without rewriting history.
How many warehouses / locations does the system support?
The Business plan (399 zł) supports up to 3 locations. The Professional plan (799 zł) removes the cap — any number of warehouses, shops, or van-warehouses. Each location keeps its own stock, but reports consolidate across all of them in a single view.
Can I scan barcodes?
Yes. Issues, receipts, and stock-counts can all be run from a phone — camera scans the barcode, the system recognises the SKU and only asks for quantity. BT or USB scanners also work (they appear as a standard keyboard). The camera uses the browser getUserMedia API — no app install needed.
How does a mobile stock-take work?
You open a StockCount — the system takes a snapshot of current balances. On your phone you scan items one by one and enter physical quantities. On close, the system automatically posts COUNT_CORRECTION movements (only the deltas) and surfaces a variance report. No need to freeze the warehouse — differential stock-takes can run in the background.
Does the fixed-assets module depreciate straight-line?
Yes. Every fixed asset (AST-YYYY-NNNN) has opening value, rate, and period. The system computes straight-line depreciation monthly and emits AssetEvent entries — you can export them to your accountant as CSV. For vehicles we additionally track insurance, inspection, driver card (tachograph) dates, with alerts 30 days before every deadline.
